Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kunjungan Ibu Ke Posyandu Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Dadok Tunggul Hitam Menggunakan Analisis Faktor

Abstract

Posyandu is one of the national programs aimed at improving the health status of mothers and children through monitoring child growth, immunization, and providing nutrition and reproductive
health education. This study aims to identify the factors that influence mothers' visits to Posyandu in the working area of Dadok Tunggul Hitam Public Health Center, Padang City. This research used an
applied research approach with a total of 96 respondents consisting of mothers who have infants, toddlers, or are pregnant. The sampling technique used was random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using factor analysis. The results showed that there are four main factors influencing mothers' visits to Posyandu, namely social support and accessibility, trust and
understanding of health services, previous experience with Posyandu services, and community perceptions of the quality of Posyandu services.
